Great news that you’re considering an Unlimited Haircuts membership. We’re looking forward to (hopefully) welcoming you into the fold shortly. These terms and conditions have been put together so you know what to expect during your membership. Please read them carefully before signing up to a membership. By subscribing, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Our Unlimited Haircut Membership costs £99 per month and includes unlimited full-service Signature Haircut appointments.

Unlimited Signature Haircuts entitles you to a limitless number of haircuts each month. The haircut will consist of a fresh cut or trim, a relaxing hair wash (if required), and professional styling to finish your look.
Book in as regularly as you'd like to maintain a sharp, stylish look. You’ll be well looked-after by one of our expert stylists, who are here to ensure your hair is always at its best.
It’s our business to fully understand what you’re trying to achieve with your hair - or give you some inspiration if you’d like a second opinion.
For our male members, this membership also includes a complimentary beard tidy to keep your entire look fresh and polished.
Never worry about split ends or a grown-out style again. This membership gives you the ultimate way to feel confident and well-groomed every day.
It’s designed for regular haircuts, and it doesn't apply to appointments just for a wash or style. Specialty services like colour treatments and blowdrys are separate services and are not included.

You can book appointments up to a month in advance.
When you’re booking an appointment as a member, you’ll book using the normal booking system and you’ll see the cost of your appointment is reduced to £0 as you go through the steps. Please ensure you’re logged into the same Fresha account you set up when purchasing your membership. -
Your subscription is a monthly rolling contract. You can cancel at any time, and your access to the service will continue until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the month you've already paid for.

You’ll be allotted a slot which can be up to a 45-minute appointment (depending on what you need, it might not take as long). Please note your slot cannot be extended under your membership. On an occasion whereby you may wish for a drastic change that requires a much longer appointment, these may be charged separately and will be quoted and booked separately.

Although you will not be able to select a specific hair stylist for your appointments, please be assured that all our stylists are fully qualified and trained to uphold our high standards.
The main thing to know is that we keep detailed records on every guest's hair journey, including visual and written notes. This ensures that any of our fully qualified and trained stylists can provide you with a seamless and personalised experience. No matter who you see, your stylist will be up-to-date on your hair history and preferences. This allows us to maintain a high standard of service and helps you achieve or maintain your desired look with confidence. -
These terms and conditions govern the use of the complimentary guest pass and £10 welcome credit ("the Benefits") provided to members. By accepting and using the Benefits, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Free welcome guest pass
The guest pass is valid for one-time use by a single individual and must be used within 6 months of the date of issue.
The pass is only valid if the member who issued it has an active membership at the time of redemption. If the member's contract is terminated or their membership is canceled for any reason, the guest pass becomes void.
The guest pass code may only be given by members to one individual.
The person redeeming the guest pass must provide the full name of the member who issued the pass at the time of redemption for verification.
This pass has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products.2. £10 welcome credit
The £10 welcome credit can be used as a discount against the purchase of any in-stock products.
The credit must be used within 6 months of the member's joining date.
The credit is only valid while the member has an active, paid membership. If the membership is terminated or canceled, any unused credit is forfeited.
The credit has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The credit cannot be applied to membership fees, joining fees, or any other services.3. General provisions
The company reserves the right to withdraw or modify these Benefits at any time without prior notice.
Misuse of the Benefits, including but not limited to, sharing the guest pass code with multiple individuals or attempting to redeem the credit after membership termination, may result in the forfeiture of the benefits and/or termination of membership.
These terms are subject to the company's full terms and conditions of membership.

To ensure a positive and welcoming environment for everyone, we require all members to treat our staff and other customers with respect and courtesy at all times. This includes, but is not limited to:
Maintaining a polite and respectful demeanour.
Refraining from any form of aggressive, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour, whether verbal or physical.
Respecting the privacy of other guests
Cooperating with staff instructions regarding salon policies and safety.
Failure to adhere to these standards of conduct may result in the immediate termination of your membership without refund. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates this policy.

Our salon is committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and professional environment for both our clients and our staff. We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment of any kind, including but not limited to sexual harassment. This includes unwelcome comments, gestures, or physical contact of a sexual nature. We expect all clients to treat our staff with respect and dignity. Any behaviour that violates this policy will result in the immediate termination of the service and may lead to a ban from our premises.

Complaints:We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. If you have a complaint, we are dedicated to resolving the issue fairly and efficiently.
Please notify us via hello@regentsofbeverley.co.uk of your complaint as soon as possible, ideally within 3 days of your service. This allows us to address the issue while the details are fresh. Please provide your name, contact information, the date of your service, and a clear description of your complaint. Photos are helpful for issues related to a service outcome.
We will investigate your complaint promptly. Our goal is to find a satisfactory resolution, which may include a corrective treatment, depending on the nature of the complaint.
All feedback and complaints will be handled with the utmost confidentiality. We will only use your information to address the issue and improve our services.
We appreciate you taking the time to help us improve. Your honest feedback allows us to grow and maintain the highest standards of quality.

We value your time and the time of our team. Please notify us as soon as possible if you will be late for your appointment.
Late arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to provide the full service you booked. This is to ensure we do not inconvenience clients with later appointments. We may need to shorten your service or reschedule it, and a cancellation fee may apply.
Cancellations: We require at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another guest. Cancellations made with less than the required notice may be subject to a fee.
No-shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without any prior notice may be charged a fee or receive a ban on bookings for a fixed time period.

We are thrilled to offer unlimited services to our valued guests. This membership is designed to provide you with a flexible and affordable way to maintain your desired look. However, to ensure fair access and sustainable service for all members, we have a fair use policy.
We reserve the right to use our professional discretion to manage appointment scheduling and service frequency. Should we determine that an individual's use of the unlimited offering is excessive and beyond what is considered reasonable for a typical client, we may review and, if necessary, terminate their membership. This is to ensure we can continue to provide a high standard of service to all our clients.

We are dedicated to helping you achieve and maintain your desired hairstyle. Many looks, particularly fades, tapers, and precision cuts, require a certain level of hair growth, or "gradient," to be successfully executed and look their best.
Your stylist will advise you on the appropriate time between appointments to maintain your specific look. If you arrive for an appointment and the required hair gradient is not present, your stylist reserves the right to decline the service. This decision is made solely on a professional basis, ensuring that we only perform services that meet our high standards of quality and deliver the result you expect.

For your safety and ours, we require all clients to disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or injuries that may be affected by our services. It is your responsibility to inform us of any relevant health information before your service begins. This allows us to take necessary precautions and tailor the service to your needs. If a service requires a patch test (e.g., hair coloring, lash extensions), you must have one at least 48 hours in advance. We reserve the right to refuse service if a client does not adhere to these safety requirements, as your well-being is our top priority.

For the safety of your children and to ensure a relaxing environment for all clients, we ask that you do not bring children to your appointment unless they are receiving a service. Our salon has sharp tools and chemicals that can pose a hazard to unsupervised children. We kindly request that you make childcare arrangements in advance of your visit. We reserve the right to change our booking policy or opening times at any time. We also reserve the right to change the membership terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance.
